Beyond Resilience, the better-for-you snack brand from SANY Nutrition Group, is rolling out three new protein-forward SKUs — Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops — timed to the holiday gifting window and previewed at Pepcom's Holiday Spectacular in New York City on Oct. 28.
The trio spans meaningfully different format occasions and protein doses. Fro-Bite wraps real frozen fruit in sugar-free protein chocolate, delivering 4 g of protein per serving (6 g in the Banana + Peanut Butter variant) across Strawberry, Mango, and Blueberry Granola flavors finished in dark or white protein chocolate. Mini Brittles layer caramelized speculoos cream and crispy protein crisps beneath a milk chocolate coating, landing 7.5 g of protein in a 40 g serving, free of artificial coloring. Crunch Pops are the protein-density anchor of the lineup: each 20 g pouch delivers 16 g of protein in savory flavors (Chili & Lime, Nacho Cheddar, Caramelized Corn) and 14 g in chocolate varieties (Dark, Milk, White Chocolate).
The GLP-1 and Protein Angle
SANY is explicitly positioning Crunch Pops for "GLP-focused lifestyles" — a structure-function framing that mirrors the broader industry pivot toward high protein-to-calorie density in small-format snacks. The 60 g pouch format keeps net carbohydrates and sugar low while front-loading protein, a profile increasingly sought by consumers managing appetite pharmacologically or through dietary discipline. The savory variants are also marketed as meal toppers for salads and soups, extending the use occasion beyond grab-and-go. That dual positioning — standalone snack and ingredient — aligns with how protein-enriched snack formats are capturing foodservice and retail adjacencies.
Manufacturing Scale Behind the Brand
All three products are manufactured at SANY's Jonesboro, Arkansas facility, which the company says can produce up to 500 million bars and bites annually using European-American process technology. SANY's integrated platform covers custom formulation, regulatory and labeling support, ingredient sourcing, quality assurance, nationwide warehousing, and distribution — a full co-manufacturing stack that positions the company for white-label and contract work alongside its own branded lines. "This is a single manufacturing platform serving multiple markets with limitless possibilities," said Angela Pernsteiner, founder and investor of SANY Nutrition Group. "These three snack launches demonstrate how quickly the platform can turn great ideas into great products."
The broader Beyond Resilience pipeline signals continued SKU velocity: forthcoming products include Prookies (soft layered protein bites at 15 g per serving in Biscoff, Hazelnut, Peanut Butter, and Vanilla Pretzel), Giant Clusters (caramel-chocolate protein clusters at 15 g per serving), and Vitamin Splash — freeze-dried fruit coated in chocolate with 4–6 g of protein and 20 mg of added vitamin C per serving, bridging the functional-snack and fortified-food categories.
Fro-Bite is priced at $6.98 per 226 g package; Mini Brittles at $7.99 per 200 g bag; and Crunch Pops at $5.99 per 60 g pouch, with an eight-pouch box available. A 15% promotional discount (code ProteinSeason) applies to orders of $60 or more through Jan. 1, 2027, at b-resilience.com.
